Recent Aline Work

Led the UX design and development of the Enquire Mobile CRM app for iOS (iPhone and iPad), transforming a CEO's prototype into a polished, user-centric application using SwiftUI and UIKit. Engineered a robust solution for managing sales leads and activities for managed healthcare facilities, enhancing operational efficiency.  I also designed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma—prototyping interactive flows in Framer when necessary—to validate user flows with stakeholders.

Mobile Design Explorations

Part of my process is bringing stakeholders along as decisions are made, getting feedback early and often. For one particularly info-dense screen, I showed two versions to drive home the need to break things down to more manageable chunks (using a segmented control in this case).

Example workflow created in Figma

A lot of the design work I did involved translating & mapping interaction patterns over to native controls (striving for a design that would immediately feel intuitive to iOS users).

Mobile Design Explorations

Another challenge was having to reverse-engineer from the desktop app's data spec, and from there create the workflows and specs in Figma for mobile. I then created mobile specific specs in Jira for implementation. Not terribly exciting to look at…
